Senior Account Manager – Wholesale VoIP
We are seeking an experienced telecom professional to drive international voice trading and business development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the international telecommunications industry is mandatory
- Experience in Wholesale Voice, VoIP Trading, Carrier Relations, or International Sales
- Strong understanding of A-Z Voice Termination, Routing, CLI, Quality, and Pricing
- Existing relationships with international carriers are highly desirable
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage international carrier relationships
- Buy and sell international voice traffic
- Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing
- Expand the company’s customer portfolio
- Monitor route performance, profitability, and quality
- Collaborate with technical and finance teams to maximize business opportunities
