Fadi El Barmaki serves as the Vice President of ICS International Carrier Services LLC, where he oversees the company’s operational activities to ensure efficient performance, streamlined processes, and sustainable growth. In his role, he is responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, managing operational budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Fadi leads cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. He plays a key role in driving process optimization, enhancing resource utilization, and managing key performance indicators to maintain high operational standards. Working closely with senior leadership, he helps align operational initiatives with the company’s long-term vision and strategic objectives.
Fadi holds a Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, and Networking from Antonine University. He brings over 13 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with deep expertise in Radio Network Planning and Optimization (2G, 3G, and 4G), Microwave Transmission, 2G/3G Repeaters, Fiber Optics (FTTx), and Wi-Fi technologies. His background also includes more than five years in supervisory and leadership roles, where he has successfully led major infrastructure planning initiatives, including the development of annual CAPEX strategies and network modernization and expansion plans for MDIC / K-Telecom.
